The supplier selection is one of the most important issues in supply chain management discipline and it is regarded as an effective factor for companies to survive in the competitive environment. Selecting the best supplier among various suppliers, considering a mixture of criteria that are sometimes in conflict, makes it a complicated multi-criteria decision making problem. On the other hand, supplier selection is highly dependent on the assessments of decision makers and according to the environmental dynamics and incomplete information available to decision makers, they are faced with some uncertainty in their assessments. The purpose of this paper is to present a model of multi-criteria decision making under uncertainty by using concepts of fuzzy and grey theories in order to select the optimal supplier. In this research, first, the weights of supplier selection criteria are determined by using fuzzy Delphi and analytic hierarchy process, then suppliers are ranked by using Grey VIKOR which is a newly developed approach in the field of multi-criteria decision making under uncertainty Manuscript profile

In this ever-changing world, information technology (IT) is a must for the survival of a company, and the functions of IT department is becoming increasingly important. The assessment of IT department is critical to understand how the department contributes to organizational and strategic goals. Because IT department performs many tasks that cannot simply be measured by monetary units, evaluation methods that solely rely on financial measures are not adequate. The objective of this study is to construct an approach based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and balanced scorecard (BSC) for evaluating an IT department in the company studied. The BSC concept is applied to define the hierarchy with four major perspectives (i.e. financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth), and performance indicators are selected for each perspective. A fuzzy AHP (FAHP) approach is then proposed in order to tolerate vagueness and ambiguity of information. A FAHP information system is finally constructed to facilitate the solving process. The results provide guidance to IT departments in the Industry Case Study regarding strategies for improving department performance. The constructed information system is suggested to be a good tool for solving other multiple-criteria decision-making problems. Manuscript profile

Expert workforce is one of the most important IT security assets that private and public sectors around the world are currently competing for. According to specialists, Iran is also facing the shortage of cyber security experts, which can lead to potentially serious problem. This study presents some solutions for this problem in Iran. In order to identify the solutions, literature was reviewed and semi-structured interviews were conducted through related various experts and specialists. Finally, strategies were prioritized by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and solutions are investigated by importance-performance analysis. According to the results, specialists believe that workforce maintaining and training improvement are more important than other strategies. Training-recruitment plans, aptitude assessment plans, cyber security events and challenges, schools student targeted plans and improving policies and rules have been considered as more important solutions. The insurance industry is vital in the country that is affected by green marketing. However, there is no accurate information on the green marketing situation in the country's insurance industry. This research has been tried to identify the main criteria of green marketing evaluation to provide a model for a green marketing audit. In this regard, first, the main criteria were identified and approved by experts through a questionnaire. The final framework consists of 24 sub-criteria that are classified into ten criteria. Then, by using the fuzzy DEMATEL method, the internal relationships between the criteria and the hierarchical analysis method, each criterion and sub-criteria's final weight are obtained. According to the results, among the causes, the criterion of mission has the greatest effect on all criteria and takes the least effect from other criteria. So, this criterion has the most stimulus role, and by optimizing it, we can expect the optimization of other factors. The green sales factor is also strongly influenced by other factors and is optimized by optimizing other factors. Also, the criterion of the mission with an effective weight of 0.23 is the most important, and the criterion of green design with an effective weight of 0.024 is the least important Manuscript profile

Objective: The aim of this research is to select the optimal industrial building systems in the schools of Kerman province using the hierarchical analysis. necessity: Industrialization of buildings as systematic method to improve the quality and speed of construction has been considered by construction policymakers. in recent years, industrialization is policies the School Renovation, Development and Equipping Organization. Methodology: Four main criteria and twenty sub-criteria were identified to evaluate industrial systems suitable for schools. According to the eleventh national building regulations, lightweight steel frame (LSF), prefabricated concrete buildings, reinforced concrete structural wall system with permanent insulation mold and three-dimensional prefabricated panel system have been used for evaluation. In this research, the hierarchical analysis process approach has been used in order to rank the effective factors in the optimal selection of industrial building systems in the schools of Kerman province. Findings: the data analysis was done using the hierarchical method. The results show that LSF with a score of 0.303 is the most suitable option. the score of prefabricated concrete building system, three-dimensional style prefabricated panel system and reinforced concrete structural wall system with permanent insulation mold were obtained as 0.266, 0.22 and 0.21 respectively. Conclusion: Four main criteria have been used in this research. The results obtained from the data analysis show that the criterion of practicability is the most important criterion with a relative weight of 0.427. according to quality and technical ability, cost and time with relative weights of 0.401, 0.106 and 0.067 were placed in next priorities.
